The three fixtures along the southern top deck edge have indeed been blinking fairly rapidly for weeks.

I checked and they are apparently not leased from Duke Energy Progress so could not be reported on their app.

Please do repair if City owned or contact the owner. They are right in my southern viewshed.

Deck Facilities Team discovered the issue April 4 which was a faulty photo cell. The part has been replaced and the issue resolved.

Still flashing night of April 5.

A second faulty photocell was discovered earlier today and has been replaced. All rooftop lights are operating normally. Thanks you for bringing this to our attention.
