Description

A new condo has been built on the south side of Ruddington Drive just west of Tollerton and as part of that project half of the pathway was regraded and repaved, the other half left in original condition. Now all of the rain and mud runs downhill to the old part of the pathway and it is slick with mud and puddles. The mud problem was created when the regrading of the new portion was done. This is a high traffic pathway used by many locals to access schools and the Bayview Mall shopping center. It is slippery with mud and water now but will become even worse with snow and ice.
