From intersection of St. Albans Dr. and Hardimont Road to the Coastal Freedom Credit Union, the sidewalk is mostly occluded due to the elevated bank that drains limbs, leaves, dirt, rocks etc. onto the sidewalk. Two 75-foot sections of sideway are completely covered with debris. Blowing debris back up the bank will not fix the problem because it will just slide back down onto sidewalk during a storm.
