The Parks dept is the dept that loses the most during budget time. They are working on nothing and very few staffers to handle all the parks in the city. That is why groups such as Friends of East Rock started. Because we know it is not possible for the ranger to keep up with all of it. So my suggestion is to find out when the meet in the spring and help them with a clean up.

We are closing a number of old issues to help us manage our performance better. I believe this particular trash has been removed although dumping continues to remain an issue. If there are new instances please re-report.
