Exposed red wiring coming out of the ground between the concrete sidewalk slabs. Tripping hazard as well as electrical hazard plus whatever light signals it operates will fail when they are eventually sliced open by snow removal equipment or what have you.

Hi Darren,
Toronto Hydro investigated this issue and learned that the wires are for the traffic pole on the southeast corner of Railside Rd and Lawrence Ave E. The City has been made aware of the exposed wire.
