Never ending litter. Blows onto front lawns.

Sidewalk has been cleared. Now we just need a street sweeper to clean the street: east side between 4 and 6 PM Westside between 7 and 9 AM, when the cars are not parked there.

It appears that the street sweeper came late last week. But it didn't pick up 80% of the litter on the street. Perhaps they need to do more than just a single pass.

Street sweepers need to come only when cars are not parked: east side between 4 and 6 PM Westside between 7 and 9 AM.
