Not only do the (long-time) residents of the 1500 block of W.Laburnum avenue need regular, safe access through this alleyway (where we park our cars) but there is Also the added influx of Holton Elementary School parents that use this alley for 'expedient' access to picking up their kids from school, everyday.
This alley is in terrible shape and has become hazardous for vehicles AND for people who walk through it.
There are giant holes throughout this alley, some resembling small lakes...I am very concerned, as the temperatures have begun to plummit and ice has formed over these large holes, that damages/injuries will be unavoidable.
