Trash Transfer Station continues to randomly work wee hours of the morning. At least it isn't everyday now, but they're getting away with a breach of contract and probably think it's worth their while to just pay a fine. (if they even are)This is a fine example of why citizens don't want such a business in their neighborhoods. We fought long and hard only for them to do what they promised they wouldn't do.

I'd like to hear a plan of how the city is going to address and stop this. Have some respect for your residents, uphold the agreement to not have them working these hours

Trash Transfer station still at it. Every time I call, police have no clue that they were assigned this issue. Talk about passing the buck! Guess I'll see if the the Enterprise might be more helpful.

No response must indicate the Trash transfer Station will continue to break the law by breach of contract. I wonder who they know to be able to do this?

Trash Transfer Station still continues their breach of contract. Active almost everyday this week all throughout the wee hours. Why is nothing being done?

I live a distance from Studley, but can hear the banging Capt talks about. I can only imagine living closer. Can the COB please give an answer to the complaint of the breach of hours of operation. It's not fair to the tax paying neighbors! Thank you.

I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of response to this complaint. Personally, I can not hear the nuisance but I am in the area and the city's lack of response is an embarrassment to its residents. I have been scouring the internet for the direct line to code enforcement, but have not been able to find one. As a consolation, please see the city department's listing of contact info. I recommend contacting them directly. If you wish to take up an issue to city hall, I would be happy to support you in your endeavor. I can't count the times I have contacted the P.D. concerning this issue of the Trash Transfer Station and each and every time I get told they are unaware of their responsibility. They do send an officer to investigate, however it's the same old, same old. Nothing has been done. Please review how long I have been reporting this. ONE YEAR!! Though this has been going on for a number of years. We need our officers for more important matters instead of wild goose chases.
I want to know what is being done!!! If you are dogging this issue it tells me one thing. Who knows who?

It appears the authorities have gone deaf again; being on the taxpayer's dole will do that to you.

I have been in touch with the City Solicitor and he stated that the hours of operation for this business is limited to 7 am to 7 pm. Please advise me if they continue to operate in violation of this time restriction.

You are welcome. Please call the police station non-emergency line 508-941-0200 if they violate their hours of operation in the future. This will allow us to document the violations and we can follow up with City Hall during business hours for enforcement action. It is very helpful to me if you leave a message on this thread, as it is a very difficult task to sort through the hundreds of calls for service that the police department receives to find specific complaints against this company.
