Paint cans, ceramic tiles, etc dumped here over three days. Local Toronto dept stopped but refused to pick it up citing they were forwarding the issue to by-laws for further investigation to try and locate who it belongs to which is fair and reasonable. This is located in ward 17's Councillor Palacio's area.
