Just to clarify: My concern is that this sign indicates this area is a hazardous waste area where — according to the sign — poisonous PCBs that run off into the water. It's dangerous enough that protective clothing should be worn and there is no eating drinking or smoking allowed.
It is also located near a body of water/dock where many people fish. Because rainwater runs off from this land into the water adjacent to the property, at the very least people shouldn't eat the fish they catch from this location.
This sign should also be in Spanish. What do you guys think?
