Just to clarify, I'm talking about the few feet of grass between the bike and walking paths which bikers have worn down to the dirt because they need to cross over to the path under the Wabasha Bridge.

Mr. Flamm, your suggestion has been sent to the City's Information and Complaint line. They will either send out an inspector or crew to see if your suggestion is feasible, or issue it the proper department, such as Parks and Rec for review, as budget needs to be considered etc..
