This is a problem everywhere. I had one do the same thing to me except I pulled over thinking he was stopping me and he just wanted to get through a light. Then they wonder why the public despises them so much.

@Kevin Donohue: Why aren't complaints about police officers ever officially "acknowledged" on this website? What is the point in every little guy "emphasizing constructive conversation that focuses on the identification, prioritization, and ultimate resolution of the issues" if no action will ever be taken on this because of the subject matter? This police car was very specifically identified by its plate number, and that was 8 months ago... more than enough time for some resolution.
