For future reference this is a private property issue. This means that the property owner must call the Police Dept. to have the vehicle removed.

I was going to say, that a small moped or scooter can park on people's property and it is not a police issue, since they do not have to be registered, and are not subject to the same laws as cars and trucks are, but are like bicycles.

and, hey, parking is difficult downtown, so parking in that spot allowed someone in a motor vehicle to have a parking space.
