We are sorry but in order for the department to proceed on this complaint, we will need your help in determining the correct location of the property in question. A specific address is needed because our Code Enforcement system is incapable of citing an intersection/block. It is the intersection of Ellen Road and the Boulevard SW corner in the the city of Richmond Virginia. Directly across from the Arthur Ashe Center on the Boulevard. There is a traffic signal and road signs posted naming the street. To tell a citizen you do not know where it is or you need an address is just ridiculous. I was using your SCF program. City Hall and some of the employees just continue to amaze me.
