The entirety of Willow St, specifically the three block range of Whitney ave to Foster is absolutely atrocious. There are several potholes and entire stretches of road that are completely uneven pavement. There is literally not a smooth patch of road. I dare anyone to go drive those three blocks if you doubt how terrible they are!
