It's impossible to merge onto Glenwood Avenue from this offramp because of the number of vehicles that are in the right-hand turn lane waiting to get onto interstate 440. Even if there are no other vehicles in the through Lanes of Glenwood Avenue, there is almost always a back up of vehicles in that far right-hand lane that makes it impossible to merge.
