Electric contractor rips up sidewalk to run wire for signals. Haphazardly patches sidewalk with asphalt. Sidewalks here are concrete. When Stop n Shop re-did their parking lot, they used concrete. When Cumberland farms re-built, they used concrete. Who is signing off on this shoddy workmanship.

I appreciate the quick response too.
What the best we can call it is "better than nothing" what Walgreen is attempting to do to Red Raiders makes eyes roll. They promised to demolish that building and put up a Walgreen which was the entire reason the project that included Xpect for approved.
Now, after bailing, they are trying to "turn a sows into into a silk purse" but slapping tan, brown and silver paint on an old, outdated shopping plaza to it somewhat looks like the new structure they turned Xpect into and they can get out of town.
They do seem to be going major reconstruction of that parking lot and drainage (as required by the original permit) but we will be left with an outdated, empty shopping center with state of the art drainage where a brand new structure should have been. What retailer of value is going to lease space in THAT when there is no much more modern retail space available right next door and in Shop Rite Plaza?
