Inspected 5/26/15. Address is 286. Heavy spalling. Schedule repair.

The original sidewalk complaint problem was reported at 296 Greenwich not 286. The sidewalk has heavy spalling in front of 296, 292, 290 and 286. The city needs to fix that entire stretch when repairs are scheduled.
