Description
I live a 3 family home with a parking lot in the back, aside from myself and my wife (2 cars) my upstairs neighbor is the only resident. The landlord advised all of us to park on the back, in fact we just moved in 2 weeks ago and part of the lease was off street parking. This woman refuses to pull up out of the driveway so we can all park. Last week week a simple request by us turned into a physical altercation with 4 police officers here. The police and landlord said to have her towed, I'm kinda nervous about it but considering I'm parked 2 blocks down the street (carrying an 8 month old baby no less) I'm at my wits end. When she moves her car I'm going to park in the lot, knowing her, she will park in this same spot and block me in. The police advised us that if she blocks us, have her towed....now with all of that said, who do I call?? Or can this be handled b4 she even moves?? The landlord is fed up, she is being evicted may 5th so she is being unruly. Thanks, felt good to vent!

Your landlord is being a punk. Have him have her towed, its his property. If you're not the property manager, I'd stay out of it. And ask for reimbursement for your trouble of walking two blocks
with a baby!
Wish you the best.

I would have the landlord the regular police # 203-946-6316 and see what they advise. Leave me your email address as we are neighbors. I can keep you updated on community events, etc.
