Description

State St restaurant Roosevelts using city and private bins to store their garbage on sidewalk of Bradley St. At one point they move it in front of a private residence (resident moved it back). How did they even get a permit to open without havin a proper area to store their waste? Are they expecting the city to pick it up? I as a resident can't leave my garbage out on sidewalk all week. So many questions and complaints.
