This resident is abusing the ¨Visitor" parking tag for residential zone. Black Audi, plate CT XXXXXX, has been using visitor tag for months, in violation of the rules. Many residents in Zone 7 do the same thing, I guess because if they don't get a proper sticker, they can avoid paying city taxes on the car??? It's not fair to the rest of us, because we have to compete for limited spaces with people who are not paying their fair share. As the snow melts, this car, which has not been moved for 2 weeks, is angled far out into the street.
