On Eastbound Fountain Ave, cars are allowed to park extremely close to the intersection of Fountain and McKinley. This makes it practically impossible for cars turning from McKinley onto Fountain to see oncoming traffic from Fountain. An accident is inevitable unless this gets fixed.

If "no parking here to corner" signs are missing on Fountain, I believe CTDOT will be responsible. I check with TT&P though.

Yes, and this front car in the photo (Blue, Chrysler 200) has been abandoned and is parked in a bus zone.
