Description

When traveling eastbound on the Gardiner there are no signs to indicate the Lakeshore Ave / Gardiner split until a few hundred meters before the exit. Drivers have no opportunity to anticipate which lane they must be in. Drivers cross between lanes to rush out of, and into the exit before the split. Several accidents have occurred in this area in the last few months due to drivers attempting such maneuvers.

There needs to be a sign on the express lanes of the Gardiner prior to Royal York (or on the bridge where is seems like it may have once been attached) that denote which lanes will continue on the Gardiner and where the Lakeshore exit lanes are located.
