Just watched as the trash collectors took garbage and recycling together in the same truck along my short block. Has New Haven stopped recycling?

New Haven continues to recycle. If the recycling container is contaminated (there are items in the toter that should not be) then it all will be placed in the trash truck. Otherwise there are two separate trucks for collection.
