I found a lost dog on East Rock Park Road around 10:30 PM Thursday, December 11. Animal Control was closed so she hung out with me for the night and I brought her to the New Haven Animal Shelter on Fournier Street this morning. Small, less than 10 lbs., tan, looks like a chihuahua mix. Pink collar with flowers, but no tags. No microchip. The folks at the shelter are guessing she's around 2-3 years old.

Thanks for reporting. In an effort to better address concerns we are closing issues in Parks prior to 2015. Many of these issues were addressed through our routine work or by work orders that were not marked as completed.
