Who cares if it's nature? It still can't infringe on people walking by. It would be the exact same if it wasn't shoveled in the winter. I walk by this house multiple times per day with my daughter in her stroller and have to walk in the street because the plants are so overgrown. When I drive and come down this street, it's almost impossible to see oncoming traffic from the right. This is a problem every year. If you want a garden, great. MAINTAIN IT. It's not just plants, it's weeds. Someone needs to mow this down or prune properly or SOMETHING.
