Something needs to be done to slow the traffic between wade/Glenwood ave to Peace st in a 35 mile speed limit zone..Thank you

What do we need to do to get this handled thru Raleigh Police Department to stop the morning speeding of workers going to work in the morning on Glenwood ave which is a Family/ School and daycare center zone…Why can’t you start putting radar up in this area to slow done the traffic which is a 35 mph area zone..I invite you to set on Washington st adjacent to Fletcher park with radar going..I’ll await your response
