At 7:50am on Thursday morning (September 18th) the Public Works trash collectors once again cause unsafe driving conditions based on blocking the street as they collected trash from both sides of Grand Avenue between Blatchley Avenue and Shelter Street. They stopped their truck in the middle of the road as they traveled west, causing traffic to drive to the right. Some one needs to correct this before someone gets hurt.
