I am closing this for now but I see it as an ongoing problem. Gateway has amassed an enormous amount of material at this location and I am assuming that they intend to remove it by the same means that it arrived there. Bringing the material in required thousands of dump truck loads. The trucks were lined up one behind the other for weeks producing additional pollution from the truck exhaust. The material they were transporting was spread up and down the roadway for blocks surrounding the site. A cloud of particulate was circulated through the surrounding neighborhoods.
