The traffic light on East-bound W. Laburnum ave at Saunders avenue is malfunctioning. It seems to default to red, allowing free flow of traffic turning FROM west bound Laburnum onto Saunders avenue. Traffic will sit at the light on the East bound side for an excessively long time with absolutely no traffic coming from the other direction before the light turns green. It then remains green for a very short period before turning red again. I quite often return from work late at night on this route, and this has been malfunctioning for at least the past month. It seems the default should be, as it was before, to allow traffic to flow freely on Laburnum until a car needs to turn. Thanks for any attention that can be brought to this matter!
