Hello. Heading Eastbound on Rathburn at the Eastmall intersection.Curb Lane, right hand turn arrows painted on the road surface. Missing Right turns only/ Busses Excepted sign. ( Safety issue ), Can you go straight through the intersection using the curb lane with the right turn arrows. Or must you change lanes to go eastbound towards Martingrove on Rathburn.
