I have watched as this property has been neglected over the years.
Since the most recent sale, there has been ZERO upkeep on the grounds, with weeds taking over the lawn and garden, downspouts detached from gutters, etc
I have personally removed weeds growing from the mortar in the stone fence.
I'm guessing that the new owners/developers are purposely allowing this property to deteriorate for redevelopment.
The heritage building designation is meaningless if the property is allowed to crumble.
