I saw a Parks truck come down my street but she did not come to my house to fix the toter, which I left out as you told me to do. My request is now 4 weeks old without action. Please explain the hold up. I will bring the toter to PW if that can get it taken care of. Thank you.

Unfortunately trash truck broke down on todays route and some residents had trash picked up later in afternoon. We have three other lid replacements in Westville as well. Unfortunately no one had their lids replaced thanks to the truck breakdown. We can replace next Monday or if you'd like to pick up one at our office we will get and hold one for you. Thanks

Marc- Supervisor went there in late afternoon and toter wasn't out. He attached others in route, If you can push it out today again and leave it out, he will try again.

The toter was in front of my house by the curb from 7PM Sunday night until 7PM last night. I have put it back. It is 36 Richmond Ave. I see someone is now installing it. Thank you.
