The tenants at this address have permanently stationed their trash bins on the curb. By doing this it leaves no space to drive through when they park their vehicles in front of them. these bins have been left there for more than a year. the street is very narrow, there isn't any room for it. trash bins should not be left on the sidewalks, the curb, and the space between the sidewalk and the curb. Many of us rely on off-street parking and they make it very difficult. The homeowner should be addressed.
