Sharraxaadda

There is scaffolding sitting on a pedestrian walkway that does not appear to be connected to any construction project. It has been sitting for months and it obstructs pedestrian traffic. It is between Mamoun's and the Yale parking garage. In addition to being unsightly and obstructing pedestrian traffic, the buckets fill with water when it rains and become breeding sites for mosquitos.
