I have contacted Jeff Pescolito about this and the construction patch in front of 141 Valley- he says its on list, but it has been over 8 months. Why are we not holding contractors liable for proper permanent repairs ( I know you have to allow time for settling otherwise the repair won't last) but this is absurd.
