The water in the pool is green in color and the gutters are hanging on the rear of the house. Both can be seen from the golf course and the if access is denied, the nearest access point to the golf course is located between 3707 and 3711 Kiamesha Drive.

This has been reported before 5 months ago and apparently nothing was done. It is the biggest eyesore ever. Now to add to the mildew On the house and nasty mildewed drive are the torn and rotted window coverings as well as the dead landscape and palm trees. This is pathetic and something needs to be done since they are not part of LOCA. 5 MONTHS is not acceptable!

There is an inoperable junk vehicle on the driveway and the house is in disrepair, and these violations has been ongoing without correction.

Neighbor's Black water pool. My neighbor pool is black. A feeding frenzy for mosquitoes. You hate to report people for not taking care Of their property. But we can't even enjoy our backyard for mosquitoes. We have sprayed; we have fogged.. we put out centranella candles and burn them. I don't know what else to do. I don't wanna knock on their door and ask them because for sure they know that they have a Black pool.

The pool and backyard are a total nightmare. This guy is disgusting and has had numerous violations for this but the city refuses to condemn this dump.

House Siding falling off above garage and is laying on garage roof. The siding is buckling and needs replaced, the reason for it falling off. It has been sitting on garage roof for weeks!

This property has been in disrepair for some time and was previously reported, and so far no corrective actions have been taken.

The property has a water leak that's been going on for months, and they are aware of the leak but doesn't seem to care to repair it. The leak is located between the houses and the ground is to wet for the lawn man to service that area.
