Effective 3/22/22 I Officer D.Gilmore will be inspecting the property for ordinance violations. Please feel free to contact me directly at 281-403-8578.

A follow-up inspection was conducted for ordinance violations. I Officer D.Gilmore observed that the tree limbs are hanging low over the street. The exterior walls on both the upper side of the home are rotten and paint chipping. The chimney has rotten wood. The gutters are damaged and mildew on facing. I knocked on the door. No one answered .I left a business card and reposted the property giving 10 days to correct or contact any code official.

A follow up was conducted and the trash bag that was in the yard was removed. I will continue to monitor the home for progress.

During a follow up inspection conducted on today I observed the resident cleaning the property and trees being trimmed, the trash can has been removed. The left side of the property is zero lot line and there is continuing legal issues because the property owner can not repair the left side of the home that is a part of 3610 Palm Grove property line.

A follow up was conducted and the exterior left wall is in need of repairs. the chimney has rotten wood. The gutters are damaged and are in need of repair. As reported on 03/31/22 a legal issue between property owners prevent the owner at 3606 from entering the yard of the homeowner at 3610. These issues have been reported to the HOA and Management Company. There was no answer at the door.

A follow up was conducted. The exterior walls, chimney ,gutters are still in violations. There is also a trash screening violation present.
