PKID 07-06 Circle G Meadows III

This issue was previously reported by multiple people and they are still blocking the entrance to the neighborhood with how they are parking. These are updated photos. It makes it very hard to enter and leave the neighborhood. There is a lot of traffic that comes through on San Remo.

Multiple cars on a daily basis park in front of this house. This creates issues with cars coming in and out of the neighborhood They often block a portion of the road which creates a safety issue for both people leaving the neighborhood and entering the neighborhood. .

On the roadside of canal between Baseline and Guadulupe Rd there is graffiti but what is more concerning is the sleeping bag and pillow hidden in the trees on the sidewalk side of the canal. I don't feel safe riding on the canals anymore. Please Town of Gilbert do not let us turn into California.

A 20 foot trailer is parked in the front yard of the home. It now has a slide out open. It appears that it is permanently parked in the front yard. It has been there for approximately two (2) weeks. Someone may be living in the trailer.

At the stop sign when entering there are always cars parked on the south side of San Remo It violates the distance required from the crosswalk/intersection

At times cars are parked within 5 feet of the crosswalk/stop sign It is extremely dangerous You cannot enter the neighborhood off of Lindsay when a car is exiting as there is no room In addition it makes for unsafe visibility You cannot see cars or pedestrians

Graffiti on sidewalk east of swings on playground

I watched garbage truck #2595 just pick up my black trash can and it went up to down so fast it literally snapped the lid handle into pieces. The same thing happened with my recycling can not too long ago and now we have a mismatched lid on it. No wonder so many cans in the neighborhood are lidless or broken! Is it the operator or the machine that is so damaging?

This van has been parked here for a long time It severely impedes traffic turning onto Scott from lindsay and traffic trying to exit scott onto lindsay This is very dangerous in my opinion I live on scott Ave

Vehicle has not moved since resident moved in many months ago. Tires are going flat, cobwebs underneath and hinders traffic turning in off Lindsay Road.

This house continuously parks like this It's very dangerous for people trying to turn east onto Scott ave and they park in the wrong direction on the regular I mean come on, the black vehicle in parked partially in the intersection!

We put our bulk trash out last Tuesday (01/24) but they never came to pick up. My neighbor and myself have a shared pile. His address is 950 East Encinas.
