Description
I watched garbage truck #2595 just pick up my black trash can and it went up to down so fast it literally snapped the lid handle into pieces. The same thing happened with my recycling can not too long ago and now we have a mismatched lid on it. No wonder so many cans in the neighborhood are lidless or broken! Is it the operator or the machine that is so damaging?

Thanks for the heads up on your address and the truck. From time to time we need to recalibrate the trucks to make sure they create the least wear and tear on the containers as possible. I'll send this over to the supervisors to check out this truck.
