Since the new homes on the west side of 12th St. at 30th Ave., North are nearing completion it appears water pressure is diminishing. Over the last couple of months our water pressure has gotten weaker.

The common area along 50th Ave. south is once again this year not being maintained. It's been weeks since they have cut the grass and it's out of control. They were here yesterday, cutting the part up along 31st St., which is more visible, but for some reason, I guess to save money, they do not tend to this patch of grass. They wouldn't allow grass this length on the other side of the fence (Lakewood) , so I'm not sure why they think it's OK on the this side Maybe this year we can put some thing in place so it's not an annual event and the space is maintained per their obligation, or maybe the city should take on the maintenance
  • 300 4th Ave S Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33701 - Downtown Neighborhood Association
Hello, Is it legal for a construction company to hook up and use water from fire hydrants for an entire month? That is what is happening on the corner of 3rd Street South and 4th Avenue South with the NJR Construction LLC company working on the Claridge Lane townhome project. Please respond to me as I am concerned this is a public safety issue.
  • 128 3rd St S Saint Petersburg, FL, 33701, USA - Downtown Neighborhood Association

this is an ongoing problem with Red Mesa and surrounding restaurants. the dumpsters are not closed or locked, the garbage overflows attracting wildlife like rats, mice and birds. these animals are now penetrating or building causing real damage to seals, waterproofing and possibly electrical systems at McNulty Lofts. Multiple phone calls to the restaurants, requests, request to the city with no results. the manager of Red Mesa parks in our garage and walks past this mess every day. they take no action.

this is unsanitary, unsafe and creating several hazards. the dumpsters need to be moved to the 3rd st side of the alley near the restaurants. it's time to take action, all other means have failed. the next step is Mayor and Council.

  • 1025 Granville Ct N Saint Petersburg FL 33701, United States - Uptown
The area where my driveway meets the sidewalk (flush) at 1025 Granville Ct N, 33701, is starting to sag noticeably My brickwork is dipping into the sidewalk. Someone ( I'm assuming from the city has marked the area with orange spray paint a short while back. I'm wondering if it's related to what's happening there. There are several other spots marked along Granville as well. Maybe a water line that's causing problems? One of my bricks has actually fallen straight through. Would someone from the city be able to come by and evaluate I have my blue recycling bin covering it so that no one steps into the whole it has created The problem looks like it may be a combination of my property (driveway) and the sidewalk area that has been marked. Thanks.
