Description
Since the new homes on the west side of 12th St. at 30th Ave., North are nearing completion it appears water pressure is diminishing. Over the last couple of months our water pressure has gotten weaker.
Can the appropriate department please check this out and report back.

Resident at 2915 12th Street N. has also experienced severe drop in water pressure after new construction had water hooked up.
I also just connected with the resident at 2903 12th Street N. They have also noticed a drop in water pressure after new construction was hooked up to the water lines.

The address of 2903 had Great Volume and 60 psi. Eric the homeowner was present.
The address of 2915 had Great volume and 57 psi. Left card on screen door.
Checked valves on the 2” water main, all where open and flowing. If there are any further questions, please resubmit ticket and we will have someone come back out. 1/29/24
