PER WATER TECHNICIAN- ISSUE WAS ON CUSTOMERS SIDE NOT THE CITIES SIDE. WO#240000002400 1/26/24

Please provide more input on how the water pressure issue is on the customer side. The drop in water pressure only happened after the construction began. Water pressure did not drop before construction/hookup of water to the new construction. The water pressure drop also affected another customer at 1146 30th Ave N.

That is an incorrect assessment. This situation did NOT occur until the majority of the homes on the west side of 12th Street were nearing completion. That certainly points the finger in the direction of the NEW homes and potential OVERUSE of water. Or incorrect utility PLANNING AND/OR CONSTRUCTION! Is the city trying to protect the builder while leaving the residents on the east side of 12th Street with little water pressure? Perhaps the Mayor's office or the county commissioners can help with your assessment? Please reopen this complaint, review and advise the current residents of 12th Street N ASAP!

Resident at 2915 12th Street N. has also experienced severe drop in water pressure after new construction had water hooked up.

I also just connected with the resident at 2903 12th Street N. They have also noticed a drop in water pressure after new construction was hooked up to the water lines.

PER WATER TECHNICIAN MARK GREEN- The address of 1146 had Great volume and 57 psi. Customer was present to view.
The address of 2903 had Great Volume and 60 psi. Eric the homeowner was present.
The address of 2915 had Great volume and 57 psi. Left card on screen door.
Checked valves on the 2” water main, all where open and flowing. If there are any further questions, please resubmit ticket and we will have someone come back out. 1/29/24
