  • 30th Ave N & 46th St N St Petersburg, FL, 33713, USA - Disston Heights Civic Association
There is another pothole on the North side of the 30th Ave. N. and 46th Street N. intersection. There have been 3 other potholes in this same spot during the past 2 years which have been patched, but they keep coming back. It seems a more permanent solution is needed.
  • 4300 8th Ave N St Petersburg, FL, 33713, USA - Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association
This food table has been operating for over a year, 24 hours a day on the corner of 43rd and 8th Avenue north. They advertise on websites to receive donations, and for people to stop by... attracting visitors to the area - and strangers to our alley late at night.

brick pavers from the road were taken out by the city and put into my yard. It's been weeks and they are still sitting in my yard with a barricade. No one has come back to fix it.

Jason Johns is at it again. He continues to load his car up with discarded trash and bring it to his house, then dump it all over his driveway and root through it for hours. After he has gone through the piles of debris, he then takes it around to the alley behind MY house and fills up our can with his junk. In this particular photo, he is burning some of his garbage right on his front lawn next to the street.

He also exhibits erratic and aggressive behavior while out in his yard by swinging large sticks beating his trees and shrubbery.

This is extremely unhealthy, unsanitary, and unsafe for the entire neighborhood. I am at my wits end with this man. He has no respect for himself, his property or for the rest of the neighborhood. On top of that, this behavior is happening within 50 feet of my front door. I can't even enjoy my front yard because it's like living across the street from the Pinellas landfill.

My wife is partially disabled and needs to get out and walk with her walker for her health. She is terrified of this guy and refuses to leave her front door even when he's not there, for fear he'll show up and hurt her while she's out.

Illegal 15 ft fence. Eyesore. Poorly constructed. Have made repeated requests for the removal of fence. There have been various liens placed on the property but fence still exists obviously not an incentive for resident to remove. Please help!
  • 131 4th Ave N St Petersburg, FL, 33701, USA - Downtown Neighborhood Association

This sidewalk section is just east of the Regent Lane townhome community and in front of the Vinoy Electrical Sub-station. Location is in the middle of the 4th Ave N block between 1st and 2nd Street North. The address of Regent Lane townhomes is 145 4th Ave North and this sidewalk location is just east of Regent Lane.

The sidewalk is a dangerous concern that the city should address and resolve quickly if only from a liability perspective. I have often lost my footing here due to the uneven sidewalk but have avoided falling. There are a lot of people who use this sidewalk to walk down to Beach Drive. Many are inebriated and walking this stretch of sidewalk sober is challenging enough. Please even this section out before someone is hurt.

    Thank you.

  • 735-799 62nd Ave Ne St Petersburg, FL, 33702, USA - St. Petersburg

Sidewalks has a lifted edge with > 1 inch

The paths are very dark at night causing trips and falls by runners.

The section along the baseball fields and the golf course have many sections which are no longer safe.

Can the sidewalk team please grind down the high lips of the path?

Lighting is also a problem along the pathway by the golf course. The combo of bad lighting and uneven sidewalks is dangerous for runners Thank you!

  • Flooding Archived
3901-3999 13th Way Ne St Petersburg, FL, 33703, USA - St. Petersburg
Our street never floods, even during the Eta storm & it has been flooding during the last few rain storms. I know it was really coming down yesterday, but again, our street never floods. About 4 or 5 years ago we flooded on just a rain storm & the city crew came out to check our drain on the corner of 13th Way NE & 39th Ave NE where it curves.....they discovered there was a lap top that had been tossed down the storm drain by car thieves that was blocking the drain!! Once they removed it, no more flooding! We think something may be blocking it again because water even came up on our driveway! Can you please have a crew check the drain again? Especially with hurricane season upon us! Thank you in advance!
