Description
Sidewalks has a lifted edge with > 1 inch
The paths are very dark at night causing trips and falls by runners.
The section along the baseball fields and the golf course have many sections which are no longer safe.
Can the sidewalk team please grind down the high lips of the path?
Lighting is also a problem along the pathway by the golf course. The combo of bad lighting and uneven sidewalks is dangerous for runners Thank you!

2 definite problem areas:
North side of 62nd Ave NE, across from Grant St/800 address. Sidewalk is lifted and shattered into many protruding corners and edges under the oak trees.
North side of 62nd Ave. NE directly across from the entrance to Canterbury School east to the golf course maintenance shed driveway/entrance. All the sidewalk slabs are at different heights, some more than 1 inch above the next. Very hazardous, even for bicycles along there.

Thank you for bringing this issue to the attention of the SPTO Department. We appreciate your help with maintaining our City sidewalks. Due to the Covid 19 outbreak and funding issues, sidewalk slab replacements are addressed within 9-12 months of being reported. We are working diligently to narrow this timeline and appreciate your patience while we address these locations during these unusual times. We are also evaluating each location for alternative maintenance solutions that do not have as long of a waiting list. Please continue to check this site for updates. Should you need further information, please leave your contact information so that we may update you personally.
Thank you,
SPTO

If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
