Vehicle is parked on Winter Park Land near 45 Essex Road, They have removed split rails from the fence to gain access to Winter Park, damage the land with tire ruts. Destroyed the split rail fence which divides Winter Park land from 45 Essex Road land. Persons do such damage required to pay for all fixes and ticketed for illegal parking.
