Note trash not picked up at 25 East St

Could we get a visit from the town brush cutter along East Street? This photo is just one example of how badly overgrown the roadside brush is. This is Hayes Bridge but further up the street towards Institute it's bad as well. A lot of this is poison ivy and also ragweed which is bad for allergies so it would be good to see it cut back.

This area always floods in heavy rain, and in winter the snow melt collects here and freezes making dangerous approaching the corner. The cause is that the grade has sunk so the water doesn't reach the storm drain beside it. See the photo. Road surface needs to be regarded to slope towards the drain.

the storm drain near #58 East Street has "sunk" from winter frost damage presumably - the town put a warning cone by it for a while but that has disappeared. It needs to be lifted and reset properly.

This section of road has multiple problems - at least two long cracks that have opened up and crumbled to become long "potholes", plus other surface erosion of the road surface. This may be MassDOT responsibility.
