Everyday around 6am a white SUV is traveling at high speeds eastbound on New Scotland Ave passing cars on the right. This is an accident waiting to happen if the driver loses control and hits the people walking, running biking alone this stretch of the road.

Trees from 11 Sycamore st down Hackett Blvd have low hanging branches over the sidewalks. This makes it impossible to walk without having to walk on the street to get out of the hanging branches. They just need to be trimmed back. We have visually impaired individuals that walk this street and will get hurt not being able to know a branch is in their path of travel.

Part of a large tree branch fell and was moved off the sidewalk to a front lawn. It’s still there. It needs to be cut up and disposed of.

The trees in front of 25 & 27 Sycamore needs to be trimmed. People have to duck down to walk on the sidewalk because the branches are hanging so low. Some people have resorted to walking in the street to avoid the hanging branches.

The tree in front of this location branches are very low and make it impossible to walk on the sidewalk without having to bend. Even young kids on their bikes now have to dunk to avoid being hit by the large limb hanging over the sidewalk.

Corners at New Scotland and Ontario St are packed down with icy snow that has deep gouges in it and not able for people to cross the street without losing their balance and falling. This is an ADA violation the city has created preventing people to safely cross at the corner and curb cut. The city needs to stop plowing and leaving snow at corners. The city is fining people for not removing snow and ice but don’t follow the rules themselves.

I was at the new Post Office this morning. It looks beautiful and hopefully it will stay in the community. However, the Post Office entrances are not handicap accessible. There are no electric panels on either door to allow the doors to open automatically to gain access to the building. The door handles are not compliant either. This business was placed in a newly constructed building that should have followed the newest guidelines for construction and made the building accessible.

This is a clear violation of the ADA.

DGS just drove by with out picking up the recyclables. There was a tow truck in front of the address. He could've waited. But now he can come back around to pick up the recyclables. Thank you

TV & Miscellaneous furniture left at the curb for days

The curb cut and pavement edging is missing on the corner closest to CDPC. The curb cut has been removed as well as curb edgings. The area for the curb cut is just dirt. This is hazardous to walkers especially for the visually impaired community who frequents this path of travel along New Scotland Ave.

Broken couch has been left on the curb for over 2 weeks now at this apartment building.
