    This residence was cited before and was closed because of the snow storm recently. Well the sidewalks are not shoveled and beneath the recent snow the sidewalks are a sheet of ice. On the Ontario side the ice was formed by people walking on it and freezing over. The path to the street crossing Woodlawn is still blocked. The Ontario side has a small pile of snow at the curb cut. Please do not close out this issue until your department has surveyed it and cited this owner. You didn't get them the 1st time, don't let them beat the system AGAIN. Thank you

    The intersections of Woodlawn & Ontario Streets curb cuts are completely blocked as a result of snow being plowed into the curb cuts. There are visually impaired people, kids and seniors walking in the street because the city once again plowed the snow into the curb cuts. This is a violation of the American with Disabilities Act. Please remedy this situation ASAP.
