The odd side of this area was not plowed because of non-compliance by some residents of even side parking. This needs to be addressed in order to ensure passage of vehicles and parking on the street. If there is a parking ban on the street it needs to be enforced for everyone's benefit.

The street light between 265-267 Winthrop Ave. is flickering on and off and it is very dark in this section when it is off.

The dumpster that services this apt bldg. is always overflowing. Either it is too small for the number of apts. or it needs to be emptied more than once a week. It is unsightly and it causes animals to get into trash and rip it open all over the sidewalk.

There is a dead skunk in the road on the odd side near cars in front of 267 Winthrop

A Pile of Bulk trash and a garbage can full of garbage and branches have been left in front of the house for about 1 and a half weeks. Papers blowing around.

When the road was changed at the triangle the stop sign for Winthrop Ave. should have been changed to a stop sign for Glen Rd.The traffic from Glen is so much less and they will have no problem getting out onto Winthrop. There is also another stop sign just past the useless little culdesac at Winthrop and Crescent.

The entire block from the corner of Ella Grasso Blvd. to Yale Ave. is covered in litter. There are no garbage cans from corner to corner. People use both stairways to enter the park near the duck pond and access the soccer field. All the way down the street are bottles,cans, food containers,papers liquor bottles. Doesn't it make more sense to place 2-3 trash receptacles along this road than to have to hand pick the trash in such large volumes. Trash cans won't stop all this littering but it would help. By the way the little garden at the corner of Yale has a sign about putting your trash in a can. Guess what ? There is no trash can.

The leaf/yard waste bags were not taken on garbage day. Hoping they will be picked up before it rains and they rip and spew yard stuff all over the place.

Dead opossum in the road for several days.

The snow has not been plowed in the travel lane that is heading toward Whalley Ave. from Goffe Terrace. It is quite a hazard since you have to cross into the opposite travel lane for almost the entire block. This is particularly hazardous since the cars park perpendicularly not parallel to the curb. Snow is still piled high around each parking space.

The weeds and bushes in the parking lot at this corner directly across from the Indian restaurant are blocking the view of oncoming traffic at the stop sign. Since the traffic coming up the hill does not have a stop sign it is quite dangerous to the drivers who have to turn onto Pond Lily at this intersection.

This is a very busy intersection. Sometimes only 1-2 cars can turn left onto Valley from Blake st per light cycle. This backs up traffic at rush hours.

Litter and trash is not picked up by residents. This presents a problem for the rest of the block since it blows down and across the street. Shelves have been left by the side of the driveway next to the stump for at least a month. This gives our area a bad reputation. This house is occupied by numerous unrelated adults and appears to be a sober house with very little supervision.

This house is really deteriorating. The roof needs to be replaced,needs painting, the tenants have trashed all the railings on the front porch. Litter is and garbage is allowed to accumulate in the front of the property. It is becoming a real eyesore.

TVs are not part of trash pick up. They can be dropped at the transfer station on Middletown ave.

one of the wrong way signs is missing at this corner and another is obscured by trees and a telephone pole. People go straight onto the one way portion of Chapel st. daily.
It is a dangerous situation.
People don't realize Chapel st. is no longer a two way st. at this point.
