Bundled branches not picked up.

There is really big pothole as you turn corner from Edgewood near the school field. There are multiple potholes down this road on both sides of street all the way to intersection of West Rock Ave.. Some have become quite large.

Antique metal fence and stone pillar broken recently. This is in the same area on Derby Ave. Which was hit by car 2 years ago. Fencing needs to be repaired.

The street view at the corner of Valley St. and Pond Lily Ave. is blocked by weeds in the parking lot across from Shree Nathji Haveli. The cars turning from Valley street cannot see the traffic coming up the hill on Pond Lily. The cars coming up the hill do not have a stop sign. It is a dangerous situation. This is a problem several times a year because no one cuts the weeds without being forced to.

Three dead trees on Winthrop ave.and Edgewood Ave . In mall at monument.

You can see bug holes in tree and some animal or bird is stripping bark off it. There is also a dead branch. If this section falls it could be quite dangerous.

Near bus stop on the Derby Ave side of the park under the cherry tree someone has left large pieces of cardboard. On the cardboard there is an oxygen mask with a bag attached to it. This needs to be removed. Do not know if it is hazardous or not.

A deep pothole just at the corner turn onto Norton Parkway from Crescent St.

The odd side parking ban has been working better this year on our section of Winthrop Ave. because of enforcement of tagging and towing. My issue is that there should be a switch to even side ban the next day so that side of the street can be opened up for parking. It would widen the street passages as well. The plows could try to get a little closer to side of street to keep cars from parking in travel lanes. It is very tight and backs up traffic when buses and trucks can't pass cars in opposite travel lane. Hopefully this can be considered in next upcoming storm. Thanks.

The street is terribly riddled with potholes as you head to Southern just before the light. You cannot avoid them in the lane.
You have to go on the other side of the road to avoid them. They fill with water and ice and you cannot see them in the dark.

Potholes run up and down the block on both sides of the street on the passenger side tire area. You have to drive close or over the line into the opposite travel lane to avoid them. With each passing rainstorm and freeze/thaw cycle they get worse. Some are deep enough to break car parts.

Garbage bags, loose litter, paint can dumped in front yard.

One of the wrong way signs at the corner of Monitor Square is spinning in the wind. Might be missing a nut and bolt.

The large maple tree in front of house drops large lichen covered branches on sidewalk during windy weather. Don't think this tree is too healthy.

There are large chunks of concrete broken out of this sidewalk. Kids throw the pieces in the street and down the sidewalk.. A very dangerous situation for walkers. Definitely a tripping hazard.

The parking lot across from the Indian Restaurant is in need of weed removal. The plants are obscuring the sight lines for a turn onto Pond Lily from Valley St. It is a dangerous corner with a two way stop and this makes it impossible to see the traffic coming up the hill.The upcoming traffic does not have a stop sign.

The road here is in deplorable condition. All the way up and down on both sides of the road there are potholes throughout the whole lane. They are pretty deep in places and fill up with water when it rains.
There is almost no way to avoid them because there are so many of them.

Light cycling incorrectly. At times one side has to sit through 2 lights for several minutes.
